Since its inception in 2002, California’s Citizen Corps program has established several key partnerships at the local, state and federal levels. These partnerships align the Citizen Corps program with non-profits, governement agencies and other organizations to offer additional community resources for public education, outreach, and training.
Each of our Citizen Corps' partners shares the common mission to assist volunteers who are interested in making their communities safer; or offering volunteer service opportunities to support first responders, disaster relief activities, and community safety efforts.
