We plan to place our members in about 30 sites. However, the sites vary from year to year, chosen by RFP. On the partnership forms, should we include all potential sites (which can be as many as 103)?
For purposes of the application, please list primary partners (minimum of three) and a representation of the types of host sites that may be selected.
