Does AmeriCorps offer service learning grants to partners from an institute of higher education and a [public agency]?
Yes. AmeriCorps does fund partnerships that can include a higher education entity and a public agency for a service learning program. Recall however, that CV requires a partnership of at least three entities. Moreover, the Corporation for National and Community Service provides service learning grants through its Learn and Serve Program.
